At this moment... in this time... as we refuse to turn away from the horrific depths of our collective... as we are assaulted by the most disturbed cowards of our nation...

I can't help but wonder how many of the fearful, overly aggressive, bootlicking as****es that I've known throughout my life are now masked up and pretending to be patriots... who are terrorizing our neighbors and killing people like this is some sort of f*cking game.

I can't help but wonder how many of the people I've known through my life who didn't pay attention in history or civics class... how many people stated, "I don't do politics" in my presence... are still complacent in the midst of this autocracy.

I can't help but wonder if they'll ever open their damn eyes... wake up from their fear and hate... understand that this is not the way.

I remain hopeful for our collective... I remain loving and joyful in spite of it all... For that is the only way we make it through this darkest night.

I haven’t posted since we moved…. It simultaneously feels like months have past and that it’s only been a couple days…. I have to remind myself it’s been 3 weeks since we left Kentucky….

So much has happened in such a short amount of time: we closed on our house, started to settle in, found an excellent yoga community , made friends , Nathan started his new position , I accepted a position …

It feels good to slow down on this snowy day to enjoy homemade soup and cornbread 💗✨

One last class tonight

Hey Y’all! Ericka here, I’ve got a sick kiddo at home today. So Ash will be subbing Yoga at 6-7pm for me and leading a Kundalini inspired flow.

These are some of Ash’s last classes before she moves, so if you’re available and you’d like to move and be in good company tonight come in for Yoga!

No Sound Bath tonight due to me having to stay home with my girl. Thank yall for understanding!

I didn’t take very many photos on my trip to South Dakota last week. I was focused on being in the moment and closing up some emotional and mental loops related to the decade that I lived in Rapid City.

So glad to have seen so many of you while I was there. May our paths cross again on our journey.
