One last class tonight

Hey Y’all! Ericka here, I’ve got a sick kiddo at home today. So Ash will be subbing Yoga at 6-7pm for me and leading a Kundalini inspired flow.

These are some of Ash’s last classes before she moves, so if you’re available and you’d like to move and be in good company tonight come in for Yoga!

No Sound Bath tonight due to me having to stay home with my girl. Thank yall for understanding!

I woke this morning to the realization that I’ll be teaching my last weekly scheduled class today …

I have extreme love and gratitude for the whole of this complex and diverse community of individuals who choose daily to come heal together. Most of all I have love and gratitude for for all we’ve been through together over the past three years. As said recently, “this one is special “.

Ericka, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are building something beautiful and I’m thankful to have walked this part of the journey with you. 💗 Keep shining bright and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise ✨

Taking t-shirt pre-order today through the rest of December. These will be printed on cotton unisex shirts. You MUST pre-pay either on Venmo or cash by December 31st. Shirts are great marketing materials as well as a great way to REP studio love and supoort the studio during the holidays and slow times. Local/ Small businesses need you now more than ever and I’d be lying if I didn’t say I feel pressure from the economy and collective right now too. Consider buying a shirt and supporting your local yoga studio. We will have shirts and maybe tanks ( coming soon) that just say the studio name as well ( so get one of those too!!) I didn’t take very many photos on my trip to South Dakota last week. I was focused on being in the moment and closing up some emotional and mental loops related to the decade that I lived in Rapid City.

So glad to have seen so many of you while I was there. May our paths cross again on our journey.

This red door….

Keith House was my home for a short window of time in my early 30’s. Six short months that are etched on my soul.

It took me 13 years to make it back to this place I once called home.

Many of you know that I’ve led a rather wayward life, steeped in transition, always moving. To most it may look like I’m unrooted…. but I assure you it’s quite the opposite, my roots extend deep and far. I have the deep honor of calling many places across this world home.

This past weekend was the true meaning of women lifting each other up. Sometimes we call each other out, sometimes we cry, laugh, dance, scream…. But mostly we feed each other medicines that aid in our own healing.
