Fresh Dill

SPROUTED GRAIN FLATBREAD PIZZA

Ingredients:
Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
Tomato Sauce
Chopped Fresh Basil
Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Sliced Yellow Onion
Oregano
Sliced Green Pepper
Sliced Roma Tomato
Sprouted Flatbread

Ingredients Not Pictured:
Sea Salt
Olive Oil
Smoked Paprika
Rubbed Sage
Savory
Black Pepper
_
Preparation:
1. Add oil to cast iron pan. Add peppers, oils and mushrooms to pan. Add generous amount of Paprika, Savory, Sage. Add small amount of black pepper. Sauté on medium heat for 10-15 mins
2. Oil cast iron Griddle. Spread pizza sauce onto flatbread. Toast flatbread to griddle on low to medium for 5-7minutes. Add toppings to toasted flatbread. Top with fresh herbs and dried oregano.

Optional Cheez Ingredients:
H**p Cheez Recipe
1 cup H**p Seeds
1/4 cup Coconut or (Flour of choice)
3 tbsp Tumeric Powder
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Onion powder
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp sea salt
1 and half cup water

Preparation
1. Add h**p cheez to high speed blender. blender for 2-3 mins. Add cheez to an oiled sauce pan on low to medium heat.
2. Cook for 3-4 mins until thick and smooth. Continue to stir and scrape the sides and bottom of the pan.
