Make health your priority today!

1. Fill your plate with fruits and vegetables.

2. Choose lean protein 30 g per meal.

3. Focus on healthy fat it tames systemic inflammation and exerts a beneficial influence on your immune cells, such as fish, oil, avocado oil.

4. Add some whole grains. You can watch gluten by eating buckwheat, brown rice, millet, oats, and quinoa.

Every meal eaten like this will increase your energy, boost your immune system and set you up for stable weight!

We at Healthy Living are sad but happy to announce that Alli has decided to move up north and live a dream she has had a long time. She received her bachelors degree in May and has really explored what she loves doing and she wants be up north! She recently jumped out of an airplane which scared me to death, but she comes back with the biggest smile and tells me all about it! 

I have known Alli since she was a young girl just out of high school and she came to me to make power balls as a volunteer on ball Street. She also was amazing at making salads and sandwiches. She never complained once. She always carried a smile with whatever I asked her to do.

In 2020 when the pandemic hit, we moved to Main Street. She worked full-time and was outstanding in the store. Her joy and laughter is very contagious. She has made power cookies, created a lot of friendships with the customers, helped me out when I had back surgery and just went above and beyond!

I just wanna wish Alli all the best and I know she will be back. Not only is she an employee, but she is a very good friend of mine. We have a lot in common, but she sure has a lot of energy, dreams and I know she will be very successful in all that she does! May God bless you Alli! You have been wonderful to all of our customers 😀

Week 2 – Your guide to a Healthy Gut – What are Seed oils and probiotics. Do a Detox every Season change (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer)

Week 3 – Why is fitness so important? Create a routine

Week 4 – Meal planning, grocery shopping and meal prepping

Week 5 – Label reading and chemicals to avoid. How much water and why mineral water?
