Week 3 – Why is fitness so important? Create a routine
Week 4 – Meal planning, grocery shopping and meal prepping
Week 5 – Label reading and chemicals to avoid. How much water and why mineral water?
Week 6 – Liquid Meals. 3 Food macronutrients to eat with every meal.
