After sleeve gastrectomy surgery, you will be required to follow a staged diet post operatively for approximately 10 weeks.

Included is a yummy and healthy recipe (full liquid stage approved)

Protein-Packed Peanut Butter Cup Shake
Makes 2 servings / Prep Time: 5 minutes / Total Time: 5 minutes

Serving size: 1 cup

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup non-fat ricotta cheese
1 scoop (1/4 cup) chocolate protein powder
2 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder

1. In a blender, combine the milk, yogurt, ricotta, protein powder, powdered peanut butter and cocoa powder. Blend on high speed for 3-4 minutes, until the powders are well dissolved and no longer visible.
2. Pour half the shake into a glass and enjoy.
3. Refrigerate any shake you don’t drink or use right away in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Re-blend prior to serving
