We loved connecting with our community at the Lafayette County & Oxford Public Library last night for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 💗

Our mammographer, Emily Little, talked with women of all ages—and even some men—about breast health, self-exams, and the importance of early detection. Thank you to the library for partnering with us, and to everyone who stopped by. Your questions and stories continue to remind us why this work matters!

Hospital bag essentials—it’s time to pack! While everything you need medically will be provided, having a few personal comforts can make your labor and delivery experience even better.

Our recommendations include lip balm, hair ties, and a phone charger to stay connected. Remember to pack cozy clothes and your favorite snacks for after delivery. What was the one thing you couldn't live without in your hospital bag? Let us know in the comments!
