At Pink Means Go, we believe that wellness is a journey that should be accessible and empowering for every individual. Our mission is simple yet transformative: "Wellness to meet you where you are." I'm Klaudia Paletta, a bilingual Meditation, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), and Sound Bath facilitator.

We arrived in Merida and this land holds a special place in my heart.

After my zip lining in 2023, I wasn’t sure if I would walk again let alone travel again. Living with ptsd had been one of the most challenging chapters of my life.

In 2024 I spent the anniversary of my accident being held by the magical waters of the Merida Cenotes,

-and I’m back again now planning our first pink means go international retreat.

Grateful for this journey.

A half-day retreat dedicated to centering your joy, your rest, and tending to your inner niña in community.

We created this half day retreat for those of us that didn’t get to attend summer day camp. 🏕️

Join as we come together under the oak trees and the Ojai sky to connect, and spend the day tending to ourselves.

Que bonito respira, conectar y estar en comunidad.

Hoy terminamos nuestra serie de yoga en español esta clases son formadas con la intention de tener un espacio fonder podamos estar en comunidad y apoyar nuestra bienestar.

Gracias a nuestra maestra invitadas

La intención continua para abrir más puertas y crear más oportunidades para que nuestra comunidad tener espacios de bienestar.

Cerramos nuestras últimas clases del año y wow… mi corazón está lleno.

🪑 Casi dos años de Yoga En Silla con esta hermosa comunidad de personas mayores. Compartir este espacio siempre me regresa a mi why mi abuelita y al poder del movimiento cuando se ofrece con respeto, cuidado y cultura.

☀️ Especialmente este año, con todo lo que está afectando a nuestra comunidad, estos espacios se sienten más necesarios que nunca. Espacios donde podemos respirar, movernos con intención, y simplemente ser, sin tener que explicar quiénes somos.

Muchxs llegaron nuevxs al yoga, y escuchar cómo esta práctica les ha dado más confianza, equilibrio y conexión me recuerda que yoga sí es para todos los cuerpos y todas las etapas de la vida.

Este año también pude expandir Para Doña, creando más acceso a yoga en silla y llevando este trabajo a más comunidades.

Juntxs hemos construido fuerza, balance, apoyo y una comunidad llena de cariño y confianza.

✨ Profundamente agradecida y muy emocionada por lo que viene especialmente el Para Dona Chair Yoga Training el próximo año. ✨

May we continue to lead from our heart center
Create spaces for us to embrace our softness
To center our Rest
To share our stories
To slow down and see the beauty around us.

Pink Means Go began with a simple but personal intention: to bring accessible, culturally affirming wellness to our Spanish-speaking community in Ventura County.

Over the past few years, that intention has grown beyond the 805, expanding into Los Angeles County and Santa Barbara County.

One of my intentions for this year was to host a Bienestar Panel for our Spanish-speaking community here in Oxnard.

This month, we made that intention a reality by holding our very first Spanish-language Wellbeing Panel.

Together, we held meaningful conversations around:
• Why representation matters in wellness spaces
• The importance of culturally affirming yoga and healing practices
• Why our communities deserve facilitators who reflect and understand them

Thank you to for recognizing my impact as a Latina in the wellness space.

It comes from years of experience.
From learning lessons the hard way.
From being disappointed one too many times.

Yes I am particular, and I move in a certain way and I truly believe that’s a compliment.

So many of us grew up hearing “eres demasiado” or
“calladita te ves más bonita.”

And look at what that cost us as adults.

Second-guessing ourselves.
Questioning how we move through the world.
Feeling “difficult” when we’re really just naming a boundary or expressing a need.

So yes, let’s own our particularness.
