😲 I came across this old picture from when I was competing, and this one was at a show called with fitness routines and figure, plus and obstacle course.
The amount of training I did was so outrageous, but if I just knew more about nutrition!
On the left, 15 yrs ago:
-Breakfast: 3/4c Oatmeal with 1/2 banana
-lunch: salad greens with dry tuna
-dinner: tilapia with broccoli
On the right:
-breakfast: smoothie with almond milk, greens, banana, strawberry, almond butter and vegan protein powder
-lunch: homemade 8 inch g-free, goat cheese pizza
-roasted chicken and brussels with sweet potato mash and a 1/2 glass prosecco
