Sprouted grain bread is made from whole grains that have begun to germinate.
A “grain” is really a seed. With the right moisture and warmth, it starts growing into a plant.
This sprouting process boosts nutrition compared to bread made from unsprouted grains or flour.
It changes the grain’s structure, making vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients easier for your body to absorb—and often easier to digest.
Ezekiel bread is the better choice!
