Exercise is awesome. Exercise is healthy. But, exercise is not a good weight-management strategy. You cannot out-exercise a broken diet.

Instead, focus on fixing your diet first. That effort will give you the weight loss results you're looking for. Guaranteed. Use exercise not for weight loss results, but for developing muscular tone and cardiovascular/respiratory health.

Build Your Workouts Around Your Nutrition.

Here’s the number one mistake people make when trying to lose weight:
