While she steps away from her role behind our front desk to prepare for this new adventure, she’ll still be part of our team behind the scenes, running all things social media! 🥰

We are looking for an open minded, dedicated and hardworking individual who is willing to learn, grow and be challenged. Of course, we are in need of someone who loves others, can keep up in our fast-paced office, and has a desire for unity in a team.

The responsibilities include: insurance billing, collecting payments, scheduling, office cleaning and patient interactions.

Meet Nicole! 🥰

You've likely seen and met Nicole by now, but we figured she deserved her own place on our social media!

Nicole isn't just one of the smiling faces in our office or just a chiropractic assistant, she's our Healthy Balance cheerleader. Do you want to do something hard or set a goal to achieve? Nicole is right there by your side.
Since starting with Healthy Balance in January, she has cheered on or committed to countless things just because she loves to support those around her! 🥹

When our patients fill out paperwork for an active complaint, there's a question that asks what you can no longer do that you used to be able to. Nicole is the one who takes the time to help patients dig deeper into that question, not just checking a box, but really thinking about what matters most to them. She’s the kind of person who doesn’t just stop at listening, she actively cheers you on throughout your treatment plan, helping you work toward getting back to the activities you love. Whether it's walking pain free, picking up your kids, or doing cart wheels again, Nicole is in your corner every step of the way!
