🌟 Swing Bed Success Story Shoutout! 🌟

We’re celebrating another amazing month here at Palacios Community Medical Center — with 10 swing bed admissions in October! 🙌

Meet Mrs. McRae, one of our recent swing bed success stories! 💪
When she joined our program, she needed both physical and occupational therapy. With the help of our dedicated team, she made incredible progress and regained her independence!

Many of our swing bed patients also receive IV antibiotic therapy, wound care, and other skilled nursing services — all close to home. 🏡
