With a combined average of 18 years as licensed practicing psychotherapists, the partners and practitioners of IT&W aim to:
 Treat each client with respect, dignity, healthy boundaries, and unwavering confidentiality.
 Help our clients learn to cope, heal and grow by implementing evidence-based treatment modalities that encourage holistic healing.
 Provide quality, effective, empathic treatment to the whole person by understanding and honoring each client’s unique influence by their culture, family, values and personal identity.
 Alleviate psychological suffering, resolve core issues and promote healthy self-esteem, self-acceptance and self-reliance so our clients can continue their therapeutic growth independently outside of sessions.
 Increase experiences of joy by decreasing the experience of anxiety, worry, trauma and depression.
 Enhance client’s sense of worth, meaning and purpose in life by assisting in the discovery and engagement of healthy behaviors and relationships.
 Address all aspects of health to guide clients towards achieving comprehensive wellness and a wholesome mind-body-soul balance.
 Facilitate referrals to other treatment providers and/or professionals in order to help clients actualize their full potential.
 Collaborate with community agencies, healthcare providers, schools and any other treatment providers and facilities to advocate for quality mental health treatment, support and education to further challenge and eradicate the myths, stereotypes and stigmas surrounding mental health.
