• Have seen multiple providers but still feel their care is fragmented
• Value medical science and want a physician-led, thoughtful approach
• Are ready to explore their symptoms more deeply — not just look for quick fixes

Being able to get up from the floor safely, reflects your hip strength, balance, and stability. When these weaken, daily life gets harder and fall risk increases.

The good news? This can be trained at any age.

Vitamin D is not “just a supplement.”

It’s part of your immune + inflammation regulation system.

Low Vitamin D can show up as:

✅ achiness

✅ fatigue

✅ low mood

✅ poor recovery

✅ more inflammation
