Since 1968, we are one of New York State's most experienced providers of care for the frail elderly. In May 2008 a new addition to our family, Amber Court of Elizabeth, located in New Jersey, joined our three residences in Westbury, Pelham Gardens, and Brooklyn. Amber Court offers care, comfort and companionship in an affordable, secure, warm and home-like setting. Families and residents welcome and appreciate our unique approach to assisted living. Our Community Representative, along with our professional staff, works directly with residents and their families to assess individual needs and determine how to best address them. Quality of life greatly improves with these features woven into the tapestry of each day. When Amber Court of Smithtown and Lake Shore Assisted Living throw a party, you know it's going to be epic! 🎉 We are so proud of both teams for pulling off a super successful joint Friendsgiving celebration this past week. The Amber Court of Smithtown team hosted, treating their Lake Shore neighbors to a fantastic afternoon.

Laughter, great company, and an unbeatable spread of catered Italian food and desserts filled the room. It was exactly what the holidays should be—stress-free and fun!

A huge thank you to both the Smithtown and Lake Shore communities for ensuring our residents had this unforgettable celebration and for making the holidays truly special! ❤️

Powerful training in action! 💪 Our team, represented by Laura LaFauci and Dan Kuch, provided "A Walk in their Shoes" Empathy Training for the staff at Woodbury Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation. Participants felt simulated impairments (neuropathy, low vision) while completing tasks, fostering a better understanding for better patient care outcomes. We love seeing the creativity in our Amber Court communities! Over at Lake Shore Assisted Living, residents got into the holiday spirit with a Thanksgiving Scavenger Hunt. It was a fun way to get everyone moving and share some great laughs, proving that indoor activities can be so much fun!
