✨ Objects I use to shift my reality ✨

🐍 Snake skin wrapped around quartz
The snake teaches renewal by shedding what no longer fits. Quartz amplifies that energy, helping to clear the way for new growth.

🖐️ Hands of Power
One is closed, the hand of receptivity, used to hold energy. It represents the inner world, the lunar 🌙, the feminine, and the sacred. The other is open, the hand of power, used to project energy. It represents the outer world, the solar ☀️, the masculine, and the mystical. Together they show me that energy work is both giving and receiving.

🪶 Mesa
At first it looks like a bundle of cloth, but inside are kuyas, which are stones I have carried through my healing journey. Each one holds memory and medicine, turning the Mesa into a living tool that continues to grow with me.

🔄 Spiral
A simple symbol of growth and transformation. It reminds me that energy always moves forward, unfolding in cycles.

🌀 Pi stone
Carved with an open center. It is used as a portal for energy work, and its shape reflects the torus. The natural flow of energy is in and out, always returning to the center.

🔷 Blue kyanite
Helps to cut through energy blocks and align with vision. It supports 3rd eye vision and energetic flow.

To me, these pieces are companions in practice and teachers of energy 🌙✨.

Treasures from my recent island day.

On the shore, the wind offered me feathers. Each one carried its own story. Long and sleek, soft and downy, they felt like the breath of the sky itself. In my hands, they became reminders of freedom and the unseen currents that carry us forward.

The sand held another gift, fragments of shell, their edges smoothed by the tides. Pieces of abalone shimmered with shifting colors that hold both the warmth of the sun and the depth of the ocean. The spirals felt ancient, as if they carry the memory of waves, moons, and the life that came before us.

Bringing these gifts home weaves their energy into my own space. The feathers carry the voice of the wind. The shells hold the rhythm of the sea. They remind me that nature speaks in whispers to those who listen.
