2. Fear and not feeling good about one's self.

3. How weight is a symptom of other problems in one's life and how to change.

It was such a great surprise to hear from Noah St. John. He told me that my weight loss store is in his book "AFFORMATIONS" and wanted to know if I have kept it off. I was please to tell him I have now lost more, a total of 179 lbs. I have used "AFFORMATIONS" for years and I teach it to my clients as well. Thanks Noah you made my day and it was great talking to you.
