Licensed Therapist (Part-Time, Independent Contractor, VA/Optum Network Expansion)
Calma Mental Health Center, LLC is seeking licensed therapists interested in working a hybrid model (in person and virtual) to join a forming group practice and help expand services to Veterans and underserved communities through both the VA Community Care Network (CCN) and Optum.
Positions Available:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT)
Requirements:
Must hold active Florida licensure
*Must be in-network with Optum (required for VA CCN eligibility; credentialing may take at least 3 months)
*Must have a CAQH profile
*Hybrid position (must be able to work in person and virtually)
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Able to work with underserved populations
Commitment to serving Veterans and their families
Bilingual a plus, but not required
Details:
Independent contractor role (not an employee position)
*Part-time (ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income)
*Compensation: 65% of insurance contractual rates
Flexible scheduling
*Calma supplies ALL referrals (no need to market or recruit clients)
*Calma supplies office space for sessions
Located in Palm Beach County, Fl
