We had a beautiful weekend celebrating the start of Purim with the Jewish Experience of Palm Beach Gardens! Our memory care residents were overjoyed to have these wonderful children visit and hand out special holiday treats. Lights, camera, action! 📸

Our Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens residents had a fantastic time visiting the Maltz Jupiter Theatre to see the Tony Award-winning play Good Night Oscar! It was the perfect mix of drama and comedy on stage, such a great live performance!

We enjoyed hosting our 2nd annual in-house Fashion Show hosted by the Lifestyle Department of PBG! Watercrest's residents were the models, and they especially enjoyed preparing the runway and receiving professional tips from Gaelic Ma, one of our residents who was a runway model in New York City and Chicago!

Lending a helping hand never gets old! 🍪

Joan and Mona took over prepping the chocolate chip cookies during baking club this week. Finding everyday ways for our residents to help out gives them a beautiful sense of purpose and makes them feel genuinely valued. We cannot wait to enjoy these for dessert at our next meal, and we appreciate these two ladies for their wonderful teamwork!

We're boosting our wellbeing through fresh air and furry friends! 🐾

WPBG took full advantage of the cool weather recently when Bill and our walking group headed outside to prep for the Wisdom Warrior event. The mood boosting continued indoors when Ophelia, the German Shepherd, stopped by to spread love and affection to Mona, Marcelle, Marie, Faye, and the rest of our residents! 🐕‍🦺

Our community has been buzzing with some amazing events and outings lately! We started with a very helpful presentation by our resident Ben, who kindly shared his own experiences with fraud to help keep everyone safe and informed. Next, Program Specialist Morgan took us on a journey to India with a fantastic talk about her recent travels. Our residents loved seeing the traditional Indian clothing and learning all about the beautiful events of an Indian wedding. 🔍

We also enjoyed a very special outing to the local performing arts center in Palm Beach Gardens to see fan favorite Ashley Copper perform his farewell one-man-show. Then, he came by the community singing and dancing along to Motown hits and classics by Elvis, Frank Sinatra, and Tom Jones! 🕺🪩

Nothing beats a little retail therapy with good friends! Our ladies hit the town for a fabulous shopping trip at Evelyn & Arthur. They had so much fun browsing all the beautiful clothes and picking out some gorgeous new pieces together. Based on all those shopping bags they are holding... we would definitely call this outing a massive success! 🛍️👗
