Staying hydrated is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to support your body every day. This infographic shows an easy time schedule to drink 8 glasses of water daily — a habit that can help improve energy, digestion, and overall well-being.

Start your morning right! Between 6:00 and 7:00 AM, have your first glass to flush out toxins and wake up your digestive system. After breakfast, around 8:00–9:00 AM, another glass helps balance your body’s pH and lubricate your joints.

Before lunch, drink a glass 30 minutes ahead to boost metabolism and improve digestion. In the early afternoon, about an hour after lunch, hydration helps your body produce fresh blood and muscle cells.

Don’t skip your mid-afternoon glass! Around 3:00–4:00 PM, water helps neutralize acidity and remove toxins. Later, around 5:00–7:00 PM, drink another glass before dinner to avoid overeating.

Your evening glasses matter too: one an hour after dinner supports nutrient absorption and prevents constipation. Finally, a last glass 30 minutes before bed replenishes fluids and may help reduce risks of stroke or heart strain.

Small changes lead to big results. Keep your water bottle close and follow this rhythm — your body will thank you every day! 💧
