What's all the buzz about NAD+?

NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a crucial coenzyme found in every living cell. It plays an essential role in energy production by assisting mitochondria, the powerhouse of the cell, in generating ATP (remember the Krebs' cycle?), which fuels all bodily functions. Without adequate NAD levels, cells struggle to produce energy efficiently, leading to fatigue, cognitive decline, and metabolic dysfunction.
