Our 2nd night of the Women’s Self Defense class was awesome!!! We have learned so much! I’m sure that I speak for the other women when I say that we felt like we could take on the world when we left😂😂. But seriously, this is very informative class and the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office does a wonderful job teaching us women how to defend ourselves.

No Fit Camp this morning. So we did a 7am walk at St. Joe’s Walkway instead. The rain held off, the weather was wonderful and the scenery was beautiful!!
