Four Seasons ABA aims to provide behavior analysis for clients within a culture of care. Every person on our team is respected for their experience and rewarded for their individual accomplishments. Behavior technician services are delivered to children who require behavior services and for whom providing services in a private school setting or family home in an effort to provide a more effective and least restrictive future full of self-advocacy and independence.
Services are intended to be provided for a limited time and discontinued as the child gains skills and abilities to assist the recipient to function in more independent and less challenging ways. Behavioral services for children should supplement and support the education system. The services are designed to transfer stimulus control and generalize behavior change.
*Note: at this time, the RBT for this position will be reporting to a private school location in Flagler County and Volusia County Monday through Friday and may require some travel between both areas.
TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
· Implementation of behavioral procedures for acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problem behaviors.
· Data collection and display.
· Collect baseline and intervention data to evaluate outcomes.
· Implement behavior intervention and therapy skill acquisition programming.
· Manage monthly schedule of hours worked per client and document encounters using SOAP notes in our system within 2 hours of completing service.
· Participate in interdisciplinary and/or care review meetings at which behavioral treatment programs are reviewed.
· Follow all company policies and meet all company deadlines.
· Ensure that all requirements for documentation of clinical services are implemented.

Behavior technician services are designed for recipient for whom traditional residential habilitation services have been documented unsuccessful or are considered to be inappropriate for health or safety reasons. Therefore, the services are delivered to children who require behavior services and for whom providing services in a private school setting or family home will likely be more effective and least restrictive.

Services are intended to be provided for a limited time and discontinued as the child gains skills and abilities to assist the recipient to function in more independent and less challenging ways. Behavioral services for children should supplement and support the education system. The services are designed to transfer stimulus control and generalize behavior change.

*Note: at this time, the RBT for this position will be reporting to a private school location in Flagler County for services Monday through Friday. Travel may be required to Volusia County as well.
