Unleash your potential as a Pilates instructor with our comprehensive training program! This 600-hour journey will be guided by me, and you'll master classical Pilates exercises on every apparatus. This program is comprehensive with classical pilates as a foundation. We work on knowledge of medical conditions, fascinating mind-mody connections that improve mood and Form, and mentoring throughout your journey. Take your passion for Pilates to the next level with our 450 or 600 hour instructor training program at Fluid Form Studio in Ormond Beach. Our comprehensive curriculum includes classical Pilates, anatomy, and mind-body connections, along with mentoring and support throughout your journey. Dates will be announced soon.
