Eva M. Crowley My name is Eva M. These challenges lead me to furthering my education on proper nutrition, financial fitness and other successful holistic practices.

Eva has inspired and helped others to achieve living their best lives by sharing her extraordinary journey and using successful methods through her nutritional expertise and other useful life changing tidbits. Crowley a mother of two boys, one of which has Prader Willi Syndrome with multiple food allergies and my other son has sensory processing issues. I love these practices so much that I wish to share them with others. My mission is sharing my journey and helping others to design their best lives through love, joy, health, wealth and reaching success everyday while helping others to do the same. Food feeds your mind, spirit, body and soul. It comes in all forms like what you eat, drink, read, watch and your activities. You are feeding it high vibrational frequency or low frequency things. How you feel, live and behave will dictate the outcome of what you fuel yourself with daily.

Nature has a cure for every ill. This feature is a built-in necessity to sustain life on the planet. If nature were not able to cure itself from disease, life on Earth would have vanished millions of years ago. All the forms of vegetation, including the trees, flowers, fruits and vegetables, as well as all the animals and insects down to the smallest amoeba and bacteria, are equipped with highly sophisticated defense mechanisms to maintain their own and the planet’s existence.

Man’s immune system is the most sophisticated among all species and can develop immunity to any invading organism. The power of our healing system, however, depends on our thoughts, feelings, the foods we eat, the quality of the air we inhale, the water we drink, the environment we are in, and the things we choose to do, see and hear. If all or most of these various influences make us feel good, our immune system remains efficient. Even one lingering depressing thought or fearful emotion is sufficient to suppress the immune system, which may make our body susceptible to invading microorganisms. Recent research found that toxic personalities have a much higher risk of becoming ill than positive personalities do.

Here is a tip when eating salad. Always eat it at the beginning of your meal, before eating any cooked food. Since raw foods require different digestive enzymes than those needed for digesting cooked foods, eating these food items one after the other makes it easier on the digestive system.

Also, always eat raw foods at the beginning of a meal, not once you have eaten cooked food. Eating raw food items after having eaten cooked foods will leave them mostly undigested and subject to fermentation. Avoid cooked foods items in your salad, especially protein foods.
