1 year without you Buddy 💔 Our Bruno 😭 I still find myself ugly crying every so often and finding some of your fur or reminders of you when I need it the most. You left a huge hole in our hearts the size of all the love you gave. So thankful to have been your human parents 🥰🙏🏼

If you are struggling with Pet grief, it is very real, you are not overreacting, and it absolutely hurts. Grief is not linear and it doesn’t just “go away with time”.

Our nervous system doesn’t always process it the way it needed to especially if it ended tragically. I am here to help, pets are family 🩵

This year more than any other Veteran’s Day I am reminded of our strength but also our struggles. Having to be a Battle Buddie’s last salute after taking his life is the hardest thing I’ve had to do. The fight is overseas but it’s also an invisible combat back at home 😔

To those who have served and currently serve. Today and everyday we honor you. THANK YOU for your service and for answering the call that many do not 🇺🇸✨

To those overseas, come back home safe.

Thank a veteran today and everyday. Ask them about their stories, how they are doing, and give them a hand.

For those that didn’t make it back home or didn’t win the invisible fight, we’ll take it from here 🙏🏼

Our Nov 15th-21st Warrior PATHH session had a cancellation, do you want to attend? Read more:

Ready to change how you feel? How you think? Ready to change your relationships? Your perspectives? What about your health?
PATHH is a 3 month long program designed to support you on making these changes.

Our Nov 15th-21st session is for female Veterans and/or civilian First Responders &
round trip travel is covered by the program -The first week of program is held in Macclenny, FL. After returning home, the remaining 3 months of the program are completed virtually.

PATHH is open to all military branches and all duty status (active, retired, reserves, etc)

Military Support Retreats (MSR) are a 3-day immersive program that is recreational, educational, and evidenced based with activities and group discussions led by peers & experts in the veterans’ wellness field. More Details:
-MSRs are designed for the service member to attend WITH the person they feel most closest to with the intention of strengthening connection & resilience together. (Service Member can't attend solo. Support Person can be a spouse, significant other, close friend, etc)
-There is no cost to attend.
-Open all branches and include all duty statuses (active, retired, reserves, etc)
-Begins Thursday at 5pm and ends Sunday at 2pm. You must be available to be present the entire time, & no late arrivals or early departures.
-Lodging, meals, and activities are provided. We aren't able to assist with round trip or daily transportation.

It can be hard sometimes to break from the cycles but you just need to take the next step. Even if that person is never going to apologize, even if they are never going to change, it is our responsibility to heal so we don't keep passing it along.

You got this, you matter, and you did not deserve to be treated that way ✨

Receive a FREE medical health screening at our Outlook Clinic! 📋❤️‍🩹

Orange County, Florida Government's Community Health Team will be conducting free health screenings at our Outlook Clinic on Tuesday, August 26th from 1:30 PM to 3 PM located at 901 W Church St, Orlando, FL 32805. We are accepting Outlook Clinic patients and walk ins for the health screenings but they must be uninsured or low-income residents of Orange County.

Honored to have participated in this Ruck and Rise event! Still beaming with pride at how everyone came together for a good cause. We networked, we raffled, we rucked 2.2 miles in honor of the 22 veterans that take their life everyday. 22 is TOO many!

So glad to have met and rucked with fellow veterans and first responders 🇺🇸🤙🏼

As someone who has had to be someone’s last salute, I know the importance of feeling like you belong and have a purpose! Please stay awhile 🩵
