This week at Come to Your Senses, we spent the evening creating vision boards , reflecting on the past year and gently thinking about what’s ahead. It was a simple, meaningful time of slowing down, creating together, and having honest conversations.

That’s the heart of our Come to Your Senses workshops: a space to breathe, reflect, and grow through creativity.

Restore is a gentle, therapist-led retreat for individuals who’ve experienced medical trauma, whether from an accident, illness, diagnosis, or procedure.

This retreat goes beyond talk therapy, using experiential practices to help release trauma held in the body and support healing at a deeper level.

As we step into 2026, we're wishing you everything you're hoping for: good people, meaningful moments, and all that matters most to you.

We're so grateful for everyone who's walked alongside us this year: our staff, clients, partners, and volunteers. Thank you for being part of this journey. We're thankful to God for all the wonderful things He's allowed us to accomplish together, and we're excited for what's ahead.

Have you been through a medical trauma, as a patient or as a caregiver, because of an accident, major surgery, or a life-threatening diagnosis? The emotional impact can linger longer than we expect.
Our Restore Retreat offers a supportive space to slow down and begin healing.

Thanks to a grant from the Dr. John T. MacDonald Foundation, we’re able to fully cover the cost for 6 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Financial aid is also available for additional participants.
