My inner child appeared to me today after Skye and I did our card read. One of the cards basically said I need to accept the darkness. Integrating our dark and light brings us to unconditional love. The ultimate state of a true human. Which “true human” was dictated on one of the cards, and then this doctors video in my post right before this one she mentions a “true human” which is one that has mastered their spiritual self and human self. Unconditional love. Afterwards I was so tired I fell asleep right where I had the experience for a few moments. Exhausted for awhile after.

Vrikshasana, or the Tree Pose, is a yoga meditation that can have many spiritual meanings:

Connection to roots-
The pose can help practitioners feel grounded and stable, and connect with their roots.
Harmonizing mind, body, and spirit
The pose aligns with the yogic philosophy of harmonizing these three aspects.

Honoring trees-
The pose evokes the qualities of trees, such as strength, balance, and flexibility, and honors the interdependence between trees and other living organisms.

Penance-
In ancient times, holy men called sadhus would meditate in this pose for long periods of time as a practice of self-discipline. One story involves King Bhagiratha, who is said to have stood in the pose for years to convince the gods, Lord Brahma and Lord Shiva, to allow the Ganges River to flow to Earth.

Flow of energy-
The pose can help the flow of prana (energy force) move upwards from the Muladhara Chakra to the Sahasrara Chakra, and back downwards to the Muladhara, building a sense of balance in the body and mind.

Last nights super moon - this morning. 😏🥰😍😇 released what no longer serves and cut some chords. Embraced my future in whatever way it falls - it’s meant to be mine and for my highest timeline. With this shift comes more emotions. Leveling out and grounding is important these next few days to a week. Or more if need be. Drink lots of water!
