Why do women think this is helpful advice to give other women?

Seriously.

🚩Do they think women don’t know they’re in a toxic relationship and that there are red flags and that they might be with a narcissist?
🚩Do they think women will listen to their advice?
🚩Do they not realize that they take themselves wherever they go?
🚩And that if they don’t shift something on a core level they’ll just keep repeating patterns?
🚩Do they not know that women already judge themselves so harshly and feel ashamed for not leaving?
🚩Do they not know that women feel powerless to break toxic bonds sometimes?

I could go on and on and on…

So women, I implore you, when a woman tells you that’s she’s struggling with her situation, do not tell her to RUN.

✅Listen to her without judgement.
✅Understand how she feels.
✅Share your story with her.
✅Look for her underlying fear and ask her about it.
✅Offer to help.
✅Tell her authentically how you see her and what you love about her.

Calling all anxious attached women:

Have you tried EVERYTHING to get help overcoming your anxiety about relationships and nothing worked? ME TOO!!

I read all the books about codependency, enabling, addiction, trauma, attachment, boundaries, self love, etc. I've attended all the webinars and conferences, tried meditation, zero balancing, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, and reiki.

Take a hot bath, they say. Love yourself they say. Go exercise they say. Do your vision board they say. Envision abundance they say.....and I still felt anxious and powerless over my emotions and fears. Some things felt good in the moment but I couldn't understand how to link them with my very real relationship and self worth issues.

I exercise, I journal, I talk to therapists, and I still struggle.
I felt like I would never be able to get control over my emotions.

What gives?

So I pulled together everything I've learned in a way to that works to get what I want:

👉the ability to regulate myself
👉to be able to identify and manage triggers
👉to control my emotional reactions and actions
👉the ability to calm myself down
👉to soothe myself
👉to identify my sabotaging beliefs, stories, myths, and messages
👉how to know and act on my intuition
👉to get clarity, know my truth and to communicate it
👉to set and enforce boundaries
👉to do purposeful work
👉to feel healthy and secure whether alone or in a relationship
and to have intimate, passionate, relationships without drama

I'll tell you what works: having a guide on this journey, a supportive community, and clear action plan with follow up.

I've been running my test group as I create the Relationship Detox Program. It includes hands on live group coaching, simple video lessons, and writing assignments. That's it.

I'm looking for a small group of women who have tried everything and STILL struggle with anxiety and are ready to get control over it for good. New group starts January 10.
