The ocean and beach are great healers. Walk bare foot on the sand, take a dip in ocean, and be electromagnetically grounded to the Earth! This works wonders in transforming mood and shifting depression or helping with insomnia. Light therapy and grounding are real things and so is the joy that ensues!
