For I created a “Positive Self-Esteem Recipe” for any one needing some inspiration on where to start their Self-Esteem Growth journey. These are just a few ideas. Remember, we are all unique and everyone’s personal “Recipe for Positive Self-Esteem Growth” may look completely different, and that’s OK! We all have different stories, pasts, journeys, strengths and struggles, and we have to focus on our individual needs, and not try to put ourselves in the same “box” as everyone else. Please comment some of your favorite or go-to “self-esteem ingredients”, as it may be helpful, or an entirely new idea for another human out there. 🩵
When we have healthy self-esteem, we tend to feel more positive about ourselves and life in general. When low self-esteem becomes a persistent problem, it can have a harmful effect on our mental health and our day-to-day lives.
