Who here is having a tough time with life?! 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏽🙋🏻♀️
It’s inevitable...these days, almost a guarantee. Whether by heartbreak, loss of income, death, health issue, overall dissatisfied with results in life, you will feel disconnected one way or another.
Let’s consider the words of well known Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, “Life is both dreadful and wonderful…How can I smile when I am filled with so much sorrow? It is natural–you need to smile to your sorrow because you are more than your sorrow.”
As extensions of our Source-God, we can do things right in this moment to take us from a place of suffering to gently guiding us up better feeling thoughts, to smile. It can take time and much practice, but I like to think I can either use my God given time focusing on what is taking me into crazy town OR do something else.
Sometimes I stay in misery, other times, I pick up my journal, get on my yoga mat, sage my home and body, or grab my Sacred Angel, Release, or Cypress essential oil, stick them in the bathtub with epsom salt to soak my cares in. A great friend of mine talked about how intuitively a bath became a cleansing opportunity as she dealt with recovering from a breakup.
Little by little, using tools and resources to help rebuild ourselves when we are down can lead to big strides. Believe in the processes that is creating the best version of YOU! 💓✨🙏🏼
