I absolutely LOVE this photo because it’s the most accurate snapshot of two women who in her 20s would’ve probably had drinks together at bonefish for bang bang Wednesday… But we don’t have that kind of time now so this is what our friendship looks like!

I’m literally wearing one of the pullovers that made for … and she’s wearing one with her adorable print shop’s logo… all while getting a little Toxin in before the holiday season!

If this isn’t peak girl’s girl energy, I don’t know what is! 🫶🏼

That’s all we’ve got left in 2025.

You may be panicking about Christmas, getting those taxes ready, and all of the things in between, but let’s talk about what six weeks actually means.

Six week is more than enough time to completely change the direction of your body, your health, and your entire daily rhythm! 💃🏻

I know everyone loves to wait for January, but if there’s one thing that I have witnessed firsthand with my patients, this year is, the fact that you can start anytime and with the right plan, you can achieve your goals. You don’t have to wait for a Monday, for the first day of the month, or the first day of the Year!

Some weekends are “go, go, go” fun days, errands, gym mornings, baseball games, birthday parties… all the things!

And thennnnn some weekends are slower and more about knocking out those important task, like Science Projects!

Helping after hours patients, diving into new trainings and education, and spending HOURS making sure Dawson’s science fair project (“The Need for Speed”) was done, tested, glued, graphed, and ready for Monday Morning!

OF COURSE my child would choose a project that lets him sprint around the yard testing shoes… BUT good news, now we officially know which pair to wear if we want to be the fastest Mamas on the block. 😂💨

This weekend wasn’t glamorous but it was full, it was productive, and it was exactly where I needed to be & tonight I am thankful for that!

Lately I’ve realized something…
every time I place a bet on myself that feels a little too bold, a little too “girl, be serious”… that’s exactly the moment I know I’m headed in the right direction! Call it Delulu… but it works every time! 💃🏻

I don’t think it happens because things are easy…
I think it happens because I keep showing up, to prove myself wrong! Even On the days I don’t want to… On the Saturdays where I’d love brunch & champagne!

speaking of Saturdays… If you’ve not gotten up and moved your body today, you’re the only one that can make that happen so here’s your little kick in the butt get going, sis! 👏🏼 👏🏼
