Perhaps the last SBR set up I will do for a customer... MKE Turkish AP5 - Hk MP5 clone. Green and IR laser/light module, Shield red dot mount, MKE buttstock, Midwest Industries m-lock forearm and a Bruget & Thomas three lug adapter flash suppressor. The fi****ms being put out by MKE are all produced on Hk Licensed Equipment and under Hk Patent for the Turkish military. Imports to the US for civilian semi automatic market is becoming more and more common for them. at more than half the price of a fi****ms stamped Hk, you are basically getting the same firearm and the same quality of materials and build. All parts will fully interchange with Hk. This one will be put to work for home defense and night predator control around the bunkhouse and chicken coop.

PAY ATTENTION HERE PEOPLE…So, now in addition to all the “regulations” in place by ATF, they can add “Mandates” under the guise of the sale, purchase, or possession of fi****ms as a hazard to the health of Americans. I imagine that Doctors will be mandated to ask their patients if they own any fi****ms and the Doctor will have to report that answer to the government. You won’t be able to buy possess or own a firearm without a psychological evaluation or approval, the bounds of this are unimaginable. Just like Covid Mandates,,,, sound familiar? This is another Marxist style manipulation of reality to create a National Social Problem Emergency to which they will now come up with a solution for, to “save” us. Add this together with the proposed law to prevent citizens from possessing bullet proof vests and other personal body armor, is enough reason for every gun owner and patriot to vote Biden and Democrats out of office, regardless of who is running against them.

FOR THE RECORD, AND EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY,,, Battlement Arms will no longer be engaged in the business of selling or transferring any fi****ms for “Retail Sales”. I am a Class 7 Federal Fi****ms Manufacturer license holder. I hold that license strictly for the purpose of gunsmithing (fi****ms repair) Nor, will I serve as an agent for the transfer of fi****ms between private parties. If you already own a firearm that needs repair, my 07 ATF issued license allows me to accept your firearm and return it to you for repair. From today’s date, I will not manufacture or sell a firearm as defined in Federal or Colorado Statutes for “Retail Sales”. I do not have a brick and mortar sales location that is open to the public. For many years, the BATF and now recently, the State of Colorado has utilized ATF license holders to be their enforcement mechanism for the transfer of fi****ms. I will not accept the liability that they have mandated. Nor, will I work for them to enforce the laws that I consider to be an infringement on peoples rights. I have always, and will continue to, work to insure the safety of the public from people who don’t deserve the right, or meet the qualifications to, possess fi****ms. I ask for your understanding in this matter. I will not expose myself to the criminal liability attached to the enforcement of their rules for them. If you have a lawfully owned firearm in need of repair, or are a member of the U.S. military or a Law Enforcement Officer or Agency, I’m more than happy to help you.
