Not sure where to start in identifying your goals for 2025? Start with your ideal day to identify what is important to you. When you lay your head down to sleep at night, what accomplishments/experiences lead to you saying "Today was a good day?" Identifying your daily wins helps you to know what fuels you. Work to meet those daily wins consistently. Before you know it, you are winning your weeks, your months, and eventually your year. Don't be afraid to start small and build on your wins!

New year, new goals! Print your 2025 Bingo Card and fill in the squares with your personalized goals and intentions for the year. Plan some rewards for each bingo or simply enjoy the visual of marking off your accomplishments. Think of things you intend to do (e.g., Clean the Garage) or things you believe make for a fulfilling year (e.g., Visit a New State). Make sure your goals are measurable. Instead of "Lose Weight," you might write "Lose 10 lbs.," so you know when you have met your goal. Have fun!
