Ever consider the benefits of training your core a different way?
Try these full-body, integrated AXIO core challenges—
👉Around the Worlds 🌎
👉Figure 8’s ♾️

Do 3-8 cycles without losing balance or control of the AXIO. If you do, suck it up and finish the set.
It is supposed to be more challenging and strenuous than you may think…😏

‼️Losing stability and control is the most important part of the process in gaining stability and control

making these look easy…

I’ve found the 360 model to be the most user-friendly and the most effective when starting out.”

AXIO will show you what you suck at!😅

How we express strength functionally or when performing relies entirely on how well our nervous system works.
Muscles don’t have little microbrains or memory. They instead need to be told what to do —And the better that communication is, the better they work.
That’s why the best athletes are often not the strongest, but instead have the best nervous systems. The better we can sense and coordinate force, the better we perform, and the less risk we have of injury.
AXIO Trainers develop this capacity!

Instead of chasing force… learn to control it.
Dynamic stability > static resistance

Not all core training is equal!⚠️
Try these challenging AXIO Halo Rotations -
👉Unlike many traditional static and linear core exercises, this is much different - Integrates the hips, core, and shoulders with a rotational resistance that strengthens with high-speed, controlled, muscle contractions.

Go for 30 seconds. If you lose your balance or control of the AXIO, get it going again and finish the interval.
See if you can do it without losing control!

Thanks to who is dominating this AXIO drill!

Dynamic stability is achieved, not by maintaining a stable position, but instead by coordinating muscle contractions at a rate that most efficiently controls mobility.
It’s about developing our nervous system to be able to sense and coordinate force optimally, often at a high rate of speed, variability and unpredictability.
Manual isometrics/rhythmic stabilization techniques are fine, particularly in early stage injury, post-surgical or are symptomatic. It’s a great place to start a low-level, generally well-tolerated intervention.
But, we need to come to grips with its limitation to creating significant functional and athletic performance benefits. For that we athletes benefit most from higher level tools and methodology like AXIO Centripetal Trainers
