As Sarah wraps up her BeMo takeover, we just want to say thank you.

One year.
Three journals.
Still showing up.

What started as one entry turned into a daily practice.
What felt new became necessary.
What was once overwhelming became something she could move through — page by page.

She showed us the real life version of BeMo.
The messy pages.
The structured FUNCK pages.
The grief.
The creativity.
The mom moments.
The community.

“It’s a necessary practice… like brushing your teeth. I need to BeMo.”
“It’s you and it’s the community… that’s what makes it so special.”

Sarah, thank you for letting us see inside your first year of journaling the BeMo way.

And to everyone watching — this is what showing up looks like.

10/03/2026

Well… this feels dramatic enough to be my goodbye.

Hi, I’m Sarah — and this has been my BeMo takeover.

I’ve shown you the messy pages.
The structured FUNCK pages.
The grief.
The doodles.
The real life mom moments.
The community.

And yes… even black-and-white horror-movie journaling in bed.

Because honestly?
BeMo really is for everyone.

It’s for the overwhelmed days.
The joyful days.
The heavy seasons.
The normal Tuesdays.

It met me where I was this year.
And I kept coming back.

Thank you for letting me share what my first year of journaling the BeMo way has looked like.

Now I’m off to protect my journal from tiny hands and dramatic lighting.

10/03/2026

I’m a mom. There is always something going on.

But this is a necessary practice for me.

It is not about finding perfect quiet.
It is about giving myself a few minutes to feel less cluttered.

If I miss a day, I feel it.

So even if it is five minutes while the girls are playing…
even if it is messy…
even if I get interrupted…

I still do it.

Not because I have to.

Because it is a relief.
Because it helps me dig.
Because it lets me acknowledge things I did not acknowledge before.

It gives back to me every single time.

08/03/2026

I didn’t set out to “teach” my girls anything with this.

I just needed a place to process.

But now they see me write.
They see me pause.
They see me work through things instead of stuffing them down.

And sometimes… they steal my journal to color in it.

That means something.

If they grow up knowing it is normal to talk about feelings, to name needs, to sit with hard things instead of running from them — that matters to me.

This is not just journaling.
It is creating an emotionally secure future – for myself and my girls.

As Sarah wraps up her BeMo Social takeover, we wanted to ask her one last thing:

What is your favorite thing about BeMo?

After a year.
After three journals.
After saying things on paper and out loud she had never said before.

She said:

“It’s probably the first and only thing I’ve ever done that really feels like a community.”

“I said these things out loud… to a group of people that understand… and they’re listening and that makes a difference.”

“It’s a relief is really what it is.”

Not just pages.
Not just a product.
Being heard.

Thank you, Sarah, for letting us look inside your first year of journaling the BeMo way.

Part 2 of Looking Inside Sarah’s First Year of Journaling the BeMo Way ✨

How she actually uses The BeMo Practice.

This is the deeper half of the story.

The structured FUNCK pages.
The messy brain dumps.
The grief pages for her dog.
The ADHD overwhelm.
The long You Notes.
The creative spreads.
The reflections on being present for her kids.

It is not one style.
It is not one mood.
It is not one version of her.

It is a year of showing up.

And here is something worth celebrating:

This is the first journal she has ever finished.
And in year one, she is already on her third BeMo.

That is what a meaningful self-discovery practice does.
It keeps meeting you where you are — and you keep coming back.

“I said these things out loud… to people that understand… and they’re listening and that makes a difference.”

That difference lives on these pages.

The best restocking buddy in the world! Every time Isa and I go to restock an he decides he’s an in-store dog. He sits next to me while I count, calculate, and arrange. He insists on saying hi to every person in a 10 foot range. I think the real MVP of this life-giving calling is Isa. After all, he was a pivotal part of its final creation - the being the launched my Renurturing into high gear. Thankful for the stores that love and represent and see the value it brings not just to pretty looking shelves and new SKUs, but the value it brings to each person who finds their way back to self and heals to a secure place because of the practice an the community we are building around this practice. Thank you for the kindness and the friendship; the check-ins and the laughter. Thank you for knowing every interaction is centered around care. The world changes every time someone is willing to see something for the best. Together, we are changing the world.

What does the inside of my BeMo actually look like?

It looks like brain dumps when my ADHD feels out of control.
It looks like grief pages when the year felt heavier than I expected.
It looks like long You Notes where I meet myself with compassion.
It looks like gratitude lists and FUNCK pages and messy handwriting.
It looks like doodles from my daughters.
It looks like quotes I needed to read again.
It looks like color and glue and butterflies and whatever made me feel a little lighter that day.

Some days it’s structured.
Some days it’s creative.
Some days it’s just getting it out so I can breathe again.

I don’t use The BeMo Practice the same way every time. It kind of meets me wherever I’m at and helps me figure out what I need.

And honestly? Just saying it out loud — even on paper — makes the difference sometimes.

This isn’t about perfect pages. It’s about being honest enough to show up.

Some people carry lip gloss.
Some people carry snacks.

I carry my BeMo.

Hi, I’m Sarah — I’m taking over BeMo this week to show you how I actually use mine.

It’s not for perfect mornings or quiet retreats.

It’s for the school pickup line.
For the parking lot before an appointment.
For the days that feel heavy and the days that feel good but busy.

Sometimes I don’t even open it.

But knowing it’s there? That matters.

It’s not a product I display on a shelf.
It’s something I reach for when I need to sort through what’s going on.

That’s why it lives in my purse.

04/03/2026

No fluff.
No overwhelm.
Just something I can actually use.

That’s what surprised me the most.

Hi, I’m Sarah — I’m taking over BeMo this week to show you how I use my BeMo and why it stuck.

There is so much in here I can really use — in good times and bad times.

The first time I tried the practice, I felt instant relief. And that surprised me.

It isn’t just a product to me.
It’s the most meaningful journaling I’ve ever done.

It gives me a place to land what I’m feeling — and actually move through it.

There’s journaling…
and then there’s the kind that actually changes you.

Hi, I’m Sarah — and I’m taking over BeMo’s social media this week to share how I use my BeMo and what keeps me coming back to The BeMo Practice.

I’ve filled three journals. I’ve gone back and reread them. I’ve used it through therapy, motherhood, loss, and growth.

This isn’t something I tried and moved on from.

It’s something I return to — every single day.
