What Is PRF?
Platelet-rich fibrin or PRF is considered to be the next generation of PRP for cosmetic purposes.
Fibrin, in basic terms, is what platelets bind to as they circulate throughout your blood. When platelets bind to fibrin they release growth factors which help to start the healing process by creating new collagen, blood vessels, and skin cells in the process
PRF is the next generation and advanced form of PRP:
➡️ It is 100% natural
➡️ Has no additives, unlike with PRP
➡️ Contains greater concentrations of growth factors, as well as STEM CELLS ( PRP Does NOT have stem cells)
Why Is It So Effective?
The biggest reason why PRF is that much more effective than PRP is that it gives patients the same benefits as PRP, while also releasing more growth factors overtime which means that it continues working for you even after the procedure is done.
PRF contains special proteins called growth factors. When PRF is injected into a damaged area, those growth factors go to work repairing and replacing damaged tissue.
PRF is used to treat an array of aesthetic concerns, like:
* Acne scars
* Hair loss
* Dark spots or hyperpigmentation
* Stretch marks
* Wrinkles and lines
* Sun damage
* Uneven skin tone or texture
* Lax, sagging skin
