I am incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received over the past 10 weeks. Surgery is never easy, and recovery can be even harder, but the calls, texts, messages, and thoughtful gestures truly helped carry me through. Thank you to everyone who checked in and kept me feeling connected and encouraged.

I’m happy to share that I’ve been cleared to return to work! While I’ll be easing back in and taking things slow, I’m thrilled to be crutch-free and gradually doing what I love again. Massage therapy is my passion, and stepping away for this long was one of the hardest parts of recovery.

Ive missed you all so much and can’t wait to see you again soon!!

Two weeks !!!!

Friday I had my two week follow up. I got my stitches removed and man did that make things feel so much better. I’m not quiet where Doc wants me to be so I’ll still have another 2-4 weeeks non weight bearing and increase my PT.
A second follow up is scheduled for Jan 5 and I’m hopeful to be walking by then. If all goes as planned I’ll be back working the week of Jan 12th!!!! 👏

Starting tomorrow, Monday, November 17, I will be taking a Medical Leave as I undergo knee surgery. At this time, the recovery timeline is uncertain, but I have been advised to plan for six weeks of non-weight-bearing activity. I am deeply grateful for your loyalty and support over the years. Although this is a temporary setback, I plan to return to work as soon as possible, resuming my duties with the same dedication. In the interim, I hope you will continue your healing journey uninterrupted. If you require a referral to a therapist during my absence, please do not hesitate to reach out.
