Omega 3's are so important for brain health. Kids and adults need these daily.! Unless you are eating cold water fish 3 times a week you should suppliment with 1000 mg of DHA/EPA fish oil. There are also plenty of flavored options from your local health food store Check them out!

Now that school is in full swing and you have had your first conferences, are you finding your students have less than stellar performance so far?
A good diet and proper amount of sleep can go a long way towards better results.
But if it seems to be more than that, such as problems focusing, getting work turned in on time or at all, general dislike of school, the issue could be bigger.
