Edwards, DNP, APN-A, CRNA, PMH-BC, feels that his success is primarily attributableto “staying objective and being in flow with life.” William states, “I don’t try to avoid situations, I embrace change and challenges, and I always try to learn from situations I find myself in. Outside his work, he loves traveling, meditating, reading, and dancing. His interests range from self-development to animals, betterment of humankind, and cultures. Over the years, he was honored with multiple recognitions including Sigma Theta Tau Undergraduate Induction Magna Cum Laude (2015), Sigma Theta Tau Graduate Induction Summa Cum Laude (2020), and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society Sigma Delta Rho Leadership Award at Thomas Jefferson University (2020). William has also received the Teresa Birmingham Nursing Leadership Award for Promoting Excellence in Nursing Leadership at Monmouth Medical Center (2012), Caring Heart Award for Demonstrating 3 Passion for Nursing During Clinical Rotations at Ocean County College (2009), and the Spirit of Nursing Award for Exemplifying Nature of Nursing at Kean University (2014).
