Being a business owner in this era feels like working two jobs.

One in real life.
One online.

I’m waxing clients back to back.
Then editing reels in between & Posting during lunch breaks.
Planning content while sitting at karate practice.

And when I get home?
I’m still a mom.
Still a wife.
Still human.

I be trying my best y’all! 🫠

Some days I feel like I’m behind because I’m not posting enough… even though I’m fully booked, even with a lot of systems & staff set up to help me out. LAWD!

The pressure to be visible while actively building is heavy.

But I’m learning,
Just because I’m not loud online every day doesn’t mean I’m not growing, in a different way. So I just gotta keep pushing.

The way you speak to yourself definitely has the power to determine how far you go! Don’t become a prisoner to your own thoughts. Affirm peace over your own life & then LIVE IN THAT! Because you deserve it.

“Sisterhood is Sacred, my support system is STRONG”

Being a Beauty Boss for over 15 years now, I’d be lying if I didn’t say building community thru sisterhood has HELD ME DOWN! I’ve been blessed to meet & work with some absolutely AMAZING, Phenomenal WOWEN, who continue to inspire me EVERYDAY.

Creating the Beauty Boss Brunches have been my labor of Love the last 3 years, I originally created it to collab with other beauty bosses & deliver my knowledge, I just wasn’t aware of the DEEP BONDS I would make. Some of these women show up for me in ways I couldn’t even put into words. THAT IS THE MOST POWERFUL EXPERIENCE of the entire endeavor.

I’m working hard on curating the next 2 Beauty Boss Brunches (One In Pasadena & One in Oakland) and I really can’t wait to see who I meet, who I truly collab with & what comes of it! Either way, I know it will continue to be STRONG & ROOTED IN LOVE!

I recently made my way down to Compton to get some body sculpting & red light therapy to burn fat & tighten skin by my girl & it’s was crazy. I’ve had like 4 sessions done at this point but this is a video of my first session.

I’ve been in the gym, working on my eating, wearing a damn waist trainer, but man, the weight don’t come off as easily as it used to, but ummm all I’m gn say is this summer I’m not doing no playing. 😂😂
