Yesterday was my 40th birthday. ☀️

Not only did I get to ring in my birthday watching two of my best friends get engaged, but I got to have a staycation with some of my closest friends. 2 full days filled with non-stop laughter and tears.

The best gift I could have ever asked for. 🥹

Tbh, I had grand visions about where I would be by the age of 40. But if there’s one truth I’ve learned abut life, it’s that things rarely go as planned.

That there is no “behind” in life because we are all on different journeys.
On completely different chapters.

But what does matter, no matter where you are, is that you don’t let timelines, comparison or expectations get in the way of actually living. Of celebrating all the goodness, joy, love and beautiful relationships in your life.

I cannot wait for what’s ahead this next decade - manifesting massive career milestones, more incredible adventures & of course, an epic love story 🥰

Leaving all my heartache and pain in my 30s to pave the way for nothing but magic in my 40s. And no matter what comes my way, I know I have the most incredible family and chosen family that will be by my side.❤️

Getting my spark back 🥹 Still on cloud 9 after the most magical trip to Aruba to help host their wellness week. Who wants to do one in the future?!

Some of my fav highlights:

☀️Getting to lead an amazing crew for some strength training classes at their incredible gym!
☀️ Being surrounded by the most amazing humans all week!
☀️ Getting some QT with my bestie
☀️ A sweet surprise from the hotel to celebrate my mom on the 10 year anniversary of her passing.
☀️ Finally getting some real R&R and me time
☀️ Enjoying being a big kid in the sun with all the hotels daily fun activities like water aerobics and beach volleyball!
☀️ Photoshoot on the beach - the ultimate hack to get out of your comfort zone and feel confident in your skin!

Feels so good to get my spark back again and already itching for my next adventure - where to next? 💃🏻

I didn’t become a trainer because I love fitness. I became a trainer because I know what it feels like to lose everything—and not recognize the person left behind. ❤️

Movement, for me, was never about aesthetics. It wasn’t about shrinking, sculpting, or striving to look a certain way. It was about surviving—and slowly reclaiming my strength.

It became my reminder that I’m still here. That I can do hard things.

That I deserve to feel joy again. Even if I have to fight for it.

Because fitness isn’t about the six-pack.

It’s about the life you get to live— because you’re well enough to live it.

When you’re recovering from the scariest emergency surgery and just happy to be alive 🫶🏻

When I woke up from surgery after my artery spontaneously ruptured (honestly who knew 🤯), I was told multiple times by different nurses that they were just glad this rare incident happened to someone like me who was really healthy.

And that’s the cold hard truth about our health. Literally anything can happen at any moment - a lot is out of our control, but what we can control is giving our bodies the best shot at fighting and recovering from anything that does happen by making our health a priority on a daily basis.

Never ever take your health for granted. ❤️🙏🏻

And thank you all so much for your continued love and support! Feeling better every day 🫶🏻
