A Sport & Orthopedic Physical Therapy practice is looking for a person with experience in medical billing and insurance knowledge for a full-time position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks

· Billing and collection

· Insurance verifications and authorizations

· Patient data entry and scheduling

· Maintain client charts and/or logs

· Financial record keeping and inventory levels

· Referral follow up and staff training

Qualifications (Required):

· Candidate needs a high level of understanding of the insurance industry and their protocols

· Basic knowledge in medical administrative field is a must with at least 1 year of medical office experience

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
