A month to give back, receive more, and reconnect—with yourself and each other.

We’re celebrating the ones who hold so much—nurses, teachers, and moms—with space to reset, thoughtful offers, and a few ways to feel taken care of for once.

✨ Friday Happy Hour—our donation-based class supporting graduate nursing education through Nurses Educational Funds, Inc.

This month, we’re also proud to give back—donating all Happy Hour proceeds (after instructor compensation) at the end of May to support the next generation of nurse leaders.

Join us on Sunday, May 3rd for a deeply transformative evening of heart-opening and release, guided by the Scorpio Full Moon 🌕

We begin in ceremony with cacao led by Janesa Velazquez, opening the heart and grounding the body. From there, Christopher Sarno will guide a Full Moon ceremony aligned with the Flower Moon in Scorpio—an energy of emotional truth, shadow work, and transformation.
With the Sun in Ta**us and the Moon in Scorpio, we’re invited into the balance of holding on and letting go, comfort and change, stability and emotional depth—like the phoenix rising from the ashes 🕊️🔥

This experience will include cacao, breathwork, spoken word, flower cleansing, intention setting, and guided meditation.

Through guided imagery, medicine drumming, and ritual, we’ll root into the Earth while calling forward our fullest expression—supported, held, and in bloom. Together, in the presence of women, we anchor our visions into the body and into reality, closing with a shared petal blessing to honor growth and intention.
