Come join us June 17th- 10 am for a free mobility and stability session.
This session will focus on strategies to help you release tension and/or tightness around joints, and muscles to then place the body in better positions to perform at a higher level.
Performance requires that we first own our positions, and shapes before we go after higher level activities such as running, jumping and training hard on a daily basis.
Mobility is necessary just like any other component of training. Lacking mobility is like leaving money on the table…
Expect to slow things down, but bring up the heat when needed 💪🏾
