We have a team dedicated to expertly fitting children from infants to adults with glasses, sport glasses, sunglasses and other options. We offer a wide selection of children’s frames and are pleased to include brands such as Tiffany, Dilli Dalli, Ray Ban, Nike, Oakley, Life Italia and many more. Our optician, Mariah, is simply the best at making sure patients get what the doctor ordered in order to complete the care loop!
Our optical department specializes in optical services for more complex prescriptions. All lenses are certified accurate to the prescription by passing a 16 point inspection through the lab. Additionally, all of our glasses come with a warranty that covers your glasses for one year and includes three replacements of the frame and lenses during that time.

The CEC Team anchored a screening for children and women at My Sister’s House at the Atlanta Mission () on September 6, 2025. We screened scores of women and children and along with The Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation () team. Krishna Mukkamala, M.D. coordinated the event where the women and children received comprehensive exams and prescriptions for glasses. Glasses were provided by Georgia Lions Lighthouse. Drs. Lasecki and Lipsky along with Humyra Bobby, orthoptist, Amara, Renee, and Luis worked tirelessly to screen and evaluate these participants efficiently and carefully. It was a very rewarding day!

Children’s Eye Care and Surgery of Georgia is the only practice in the metro region dedicated to pediatric ophthalmology and adults strabismus. Our mission is to provide patients and their families with an unparalleled healthcare experience from the first contact with the practice through treatment. Dr. Lipsky and his team believe that children and their families should be served in a pediatric environment that understands and addresses the needs of children, families and adults with eye misalignment.

Dr. Lipsky founded Children’s Eye Care and Surgery of Georgia in 2020 after almost three decades in Ophthalmology. Dr. Lipsky recognizes that pediatric patients are not just tiny adults and that the entire experience needs to be tailored to the pediatric patient and the patient’s family. This includes staff who understand the stress and worry of potential of eye problems in children. It also includes having a facility that is inviting and welcoming to children, making them feel comfortable. Lastly, a seamless interface with your child’s pediatrician is vital to assuring prompt diagnosis and treatment of pediatric eye disease.
