To give our amazing therapists and staff time to celebrate the holiday with their families, both of our clinics will be closed on Christmas Day (Dec 25th) and Friday, Dec 26th.

Sciatica can turn simple things—like sitting at your desk, driving, or bending to tie your shoes—into a painful challenge. That sharp, radiating pain from your lower back down your leg is a sign your sciatic nerve is irritated, and once it flares, it can be hard to ignore.

Here are some spine-friendly habits we coach at Recover Physical Therapy 👇

✅ Strengthen your core & hips – Strong muscles support your spine and reduce pressure on the sciatic nerve.
