If your child is experiencing speech delays, early therapy support can help.
Some early developmental signs can be easy to overlook, such as:
• Limited eye contact
• Not responding to their name
• Difficulty following simple instructions
• Limited words for their age
• Lack of interest in interacting with others
Not every child will show the same signs.
But recognizing these early can help you take the next step sooner.
Different doesn’t mean less—it means unique, meaningful, and full of potential.
This month, we celebrate the strengths, perspectives, and incredible journeys of individuals on the autism spectrum. Every child sees the world in their own way, and that diversity is something to honor, not change.
Let’s move beyond awareness and choose understanding.
Let’s replace judgment with compassion.
Let’s create spaces where every child feels seen, supported, and valued.
Because when we embrace differences, we build a more inclusive world for everyone.

The Reason For HOPE is a Christian Pediatric Therapy Center. We are committed to providing exemplary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy to pediatrics diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Communication Disorders and / or Behavior Disorders and provide support to their families in a positive and HOPEful Christian environment.
We firmly believe in and only provide evidence based therapies. To date, there is no cure for Autism. However research has demonstrated that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the most effective treatment. Speech and Language therapy is research supported to be an effective treatment for various speech and language disorders. We also offer diagnostic services through our consulting clinical psychologist.
Our early childhood ABA Therapy is designed for children ages 12 months to 6 years of age. This intensive program uses incidental teaching and discrete trial training to focus heavily on teaching new skills. We focus heavily on skill acquisition targets such as language development, social, play and academic skills and potty training within a group environment yet individualized to each specific child.
One-on-One ABA Therapy focuses on skill acquisition targets as indicated in the paragraph above in addition to problematic behaviors such as feeding struggles, aggression, tantrums, self-injurious behaviors and property destruction.
We are located in Pearland, League City and Bellaire, but we serve the entire Houston Area when needing ABA Therapy Houston.
