Not every psychotherapy group is built for the emotional rollercoaster of loving someone with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). This one is.

After years of treating clients affected by emotional dysregulation and relational trauma, I saw the same pattern: partners getting lost in the storm. So, I created RESILIENT RELATIONSHIPS — a DBT-informed, therapist-led virtual group that gives romantic partners the structure, validation, and skills they’ve been missing.

Designed specifically for partners of individuals with BPD traits

* Focused on boundaries, burnout recovery, and emotional
stabilization
* Led by a clinical psychologist with clinical depth in high-conflict
cases
* Tuesdays at 5PM CST | Virtual in 40+ states

Are you working with someone who’s navigating the emotional highs and lows of a partner with intense, unpredictable, or emotionally dysregulated behavior?

I’m launching a psychologist-facilitated psychotherapy group—Resilient Relationships—designed specifically for partners of individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder or significant emotional dysregulation.

This group offers a supportive space to:
• Process relationship challenges
• Build emotional resilience
• Learn practical tools for communication, boundary-setting, and validation

Two Group Options Now Available:
In-Person: Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. | The Heights, Houston, TX
Virtual: For individuals in 42 states, attend on Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m. CST | Held via secure video platform
