We celebrated Mardi Gras in style with a parade and lunch featuring shrimp Po' boys and Kings cake. It was a culinary delight. If you enjoy a festive atmosphere, then Watercrest is the ideal location for you. A special thank you to Friendly Faces and Family Tree home care for the Kings cakes!

Seniors vs Seniors Olympics Event. Everyone enjoyed a wonderful experience. Dawson High School seniors collaborated with our resident seniors to participate in various games, including a relay (fast walk) race, javelin throw, bean bag toss, and trivia. Gold, silver, and bronze awards were presented to the top three teams. We appreciate Dawson High School's participation.

Tuesday night's dinner was a culinary journey through Italy. Lasagna, chicken Parmesan, fettuccine Alfredo, soup, salad, red velvet cake and wine were among the offerings. Our dining and activities teams excelled in their efforts. Kudos to Chef Dre for a job well done. Be sure to join us for our next Tuesday night dinner (2-10), which will feature steak and shrimp!
