Hello everyone. Sad to say this isn't a IM BACK kinda post. Just a update staying in contact post.
Sad to say things happen sometimes. And things do always go the way you want. I've worked so hard to reach my goal only to get off track and gain 40lbs back. Yes I'm still the best I've been and d**g great. But I now need to get back to my goal desirable weight of 250. 23 lbs to go. This is why it's important to always stay on track. One bad day doesn't hurt. BUT 4-5 Months sure do. Keep pushing, keep trying and just know one bad day isn't the end. Stay on track and keep going. Trying to live a healthier life isn't always about getting the best fried foods, sweetest of snacks, or biggest plate. Sometimes it's about saying no more. I'm not doing this because it's good food. Or great tasting. I'm doing it because it will make me a better me. And a longer living me.
At the end of the day. Do something that works, be happy with who you are and how you feel. If you don't like it.... Change..
I fell off. And now I'm back on it.
